FS-ConnectedServices
When you need additional support, optional FS-ConnectedServices allows experienced FS-Elliott Controls Engineers to remotely access your compressor control system for commissioning assistance, monitoring, or troubleshooting.
Remote service access requires an individual on site to enable FS-ConnectedServices through the local control panel’s HMI. Once authorized, FS-Elliott engineers can access the control system, including PLC and HMI programs, to investigate the issue and provide guidance.
Connected Visibility with Controlled Service Access
FS-Connect uses established hardware and software with a layered approach to security, supporting remote access to compressor information through a dedicated cellular connection.
Monitoring access and remote service access serve different purposes. Once FS-Connect is activated, FS-Elliott can access the monitored compressor data. Access to the compressor control system through optional FS-ConnectedServices requires separate authorization at the local HMI—giving your on-site team control over when remote service access is enabled.

FS-Connect provides access through a web-based portal using a 4G cellular connection at the compressor. Once your system and subscription are activated, authorized users can sign in to view available operating information. FS-Elliott can help review connectivity and setup requirements for your installation
Are notifications and reports included with every subscription?
Available features vary by subscription plan and control system configuration. FS-Connect offers Basic, Plus, and Pro plans with different levels of monitoring, email notifications, and reporting. Does remote monitoring give FS-Elliott control of my compressor?
Activating FS-Connect gives FS-Elliott access to monitored compressor data. Remote access to the compressor control system is provided separately through optional FS-ConnectedServices.
An on-site individual must authorize this service access through the local control panel’s HMI. Once enabled, FS-Elliott Controls Engineers can access the control system to assist with commissioning, monitoring, or troubleshooting.
