The Regulus R2000 is an advanced PLC-based centrifugal compressor control system designed for industrial and engineered air compression applications.
Combining flexible control configurations with Energy Advisor, Maintenance Notifications, and intuitive operator controls, the R2000 helps optimize compressor performance and support proactive maintenance. Optional FS-Connect IIoT remote monitoring provides additional visibility into equipment operation, helping facilities improve efficiency and reliability.

Unnecessary pressure and excess air production can increase operating costs. The R2000’s pressure and capacity control modes help match compressor output to system demand, while Pressure Band Optimization supports operation around the minimum pressure your system requires.
The integrated Energy Advisor feature further supports efficiency by monitoring compressor performance and providing tailored recommendations to optimize operation, manage energy consumption, and identify opportunities for additional energy savings.

The R2000’s 7-inch color touchscreen brings compressor controls and operating information together in a familiar, tablet-style interface. Operators can review conditions and access settings in one place, making everyday monitoring and adjustments more straightforward.
For greater visibility beyond the control panel, the R2000 also offers optional FS-Connect remote monitoring. This technology provides access to compressor operating data and performance insights remotely, helping teams monitor equipment health, identify potential issues, and make informed maintenance decisions to maximize uptime and reliability.

For facilities operating multiple centrifugal compressors, optional Integrated Compressor Control (ICC) coordinates lead and lag compressor operation according to changing system demand, helping minimize unnecessary air production, reduce bypass, and support efficient compressed air management.
Optional Ambient Compensation Control (ACC) adjusts the compressor’s surge control line in response to changing ambient conditions, helping maintain stable operation and support efficient performance across varying operating conditions.
